Itinerary
Start at 3.00am and take a 3 hour drive from Negombo or Colombo. At 6.30am Take a boat in search for Blue Whales and expect to return to shore by 12 noon. Afterwards take lunch at a recommended restaurant. Afternoon return Back to Negombo or Colombo.
Mirissa Whale watching day trip is an exciting trip where you are able to enjoy a great beach and Sea safari. Travel along the Southern highway early in the morning. Our driver will usher you to our handpicked Whale watching boat operator with picnic breakfast where you will venture out to sea for approximately five hours. Once you come back to the shore our driver will guide you to Paradise Beach Club Restaurant for a delicious lunch. After lunch you can have a dip in the pool which overlooks the Indian ocean. Afterwards drive back to Negombo or Colombo.

There is a 95% chance of spotting Sperm Whales and great chances of spotting Blue Whales. Also there is a good chance of spotting Spinner Dolphins off Dondra head.
