Day 1 Pinnawala & Sigiriya
Your tour starts early morning at 7 am. Drive to Pinnawala. Visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. The milk feeding of the babies is between 9.15 am to 9.45 am. Afterwards you can watch the elephant bathing at the local river between 10 am and 12 pm.
Afterwards drive to Sigiriya. On the way stop for lunch.
In the afternoon visit the Sigiriya Fortress. Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress, which is located in the northern Matale District. Near the famous town of Dambulla in the Central Province, Sri Lanka. From the summit you can see distances of up to 12km. The famous frescoes of the “heavenly maidens” are painted on the western face of the rock. The rock overlooks the fountains of the western water garden which normally come alive during the rainy season.

Day 2 Dambulla & Kandy
After breakfast, proceed to Kandy on the way,visiting Dambula Cave Temple, Dambulla cave temples are an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Home to the Cave temple dedicated to Lord Buddha with its magnificent Buddha images and vivid rock paintings of vivid colours. First painted around the 2nd Century BC and continued up to the 18th Century.
Afterwards, visit spice garden in Matale.
Lunch & Drive to Kandy Visit the Temple of the Tooth and enjoy a traditional cultural dancing show in the evening.
The Kandy Cultural Dance Show is a stimulating Dance & Cultural Heritage Show that is a must see for any visitor who visits the historic city of Kandy. It started in 1982. The first Cultural Dance Show of its kind to be established in Sri Lanka. Now it has since become a tourist attraction for many people visiting the country and who are keen to witness its rich cultural heritage. The show has been performing continuously for the last 35 years.

Day 3 Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast visit Peradeniya Botanical gardens & do some shopping and then leave for Nuwara Eliya.
The botanical garden in Peradeniya is the most beautiful in the whole of Asia. You can explore over 4.000 different types of plants in a beautiful maintained garden of 60 hectares.
Nuwara Eliya is one of the coolest places in Sri Lanka. The temperature drops at night. Around Nuwara Eliya you will see evidence of the British influence. Houses like country cottages or Queen Ann style mansions. En-route visit the famous Ramboda waterfall. A Sri Lankan tea plantation and a working tea factory. Experience a self tea plucking session.
Have dinner and stay overnight in hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 4 Ella
After breakfast you will have the option to proceed to Ella by train. It’s a picturesque ride through tea plantations and offers the one of the best views of the Sri Lanka highland countryside.
Your driver will drop you at the Nuwara Eliya train station and pick you up from train station in Ella. After check-in in to your hotel in Ella you can climb Little Adam`s Peak. The peak is 1141 metres high and is an easier climb than it’s big brother.
See the Nine Arches Bridge. This bridge is 300 feet in length, 25 feet in width and 100 feet in height. It is one of the best examples of colonial era railway construction in the country.
Have dinner and stay overnight in hotel in Ella.
Day 5 Tissamaharama & Yala Safari
After Breakfast leave for Yala. On the way we stop and visit Ravana waterfall. Take two hours drive from Ella to Tissamaharama.
Have lunch & start the Yala jeep safari tour 2.pm for a 4 hours Safari tour.
Yala West National Safari Park is located to the southeast of the island and is well recognized as one of the best parks in the world to observe and photograph leopards.
Covering an area of over 100,000 hectares and its main physical features are sand dunes, lagoons, dry river beds, rocky outcrops and forest.
There is also a substantial elephant population as well as spotted deer, sambar, wild buffalo, sloth bear, jackal, mongoose, pangolin and crocodiles. The bird life comprises over 120 species, and ranges from lesser flamingos to paradise flycatchers, crested hawk eagles, and black bitterns.

Day 6 | Yala Safari – Colombo or Negombo
After breakfast proceed back to Negombo, Colombo or Airport via the beautiful southern coastal road. Visit Galle Fort.
Galle Fort was built by the Portuguese in 1588. Afterwards it was extensively fortified by the Dutch in the 17th century. The Fort has a real Mediterranean feel about the place and has many boutique shops and trendy cafes and coffee shops.
Stop on the beach for lunch.
